Dining at Samira is one of the premier dining experiences in Tagaytay. The level of excellence here spans many categories, including food quality, ambiance, and service.
We had a wonderful weekend lunch carefully prepared by Chef Jonathan Bouthiaux. The menu produce focused using mainly local ingredients.
We started with Samira Greek Salad with all good stuff like cucumber, cherry tomatoes, Lettuce, corn carrots. This salad is full of flavors and textures.
Chopped Australian Beef Prime Rib surrounded with veggies in a pan was nicely presented. So colorful, looked elegant and smelled so good. I thoroughly enjoyed every single bite of this dish. So juicy and tender!
Aside from Prime Rib, a huge pan of Paella pairing with a special dipping sauce made my dining experience memorable. It was heavenly delicious!
Chilean Sea Bass will surely satisfy anyone’s seafood craving. The fresh flavors of its creamy sauce along with Broccoli made it so tasty.
For drinks, we tried their refreshing and delightfully sweet Sangria. Other drinks available include wine as well as the collection of signature cocktails and mocktails.
We finish off our meals with fudgy Chocolate Brownies and Brazo de Mercedes as desserts. They’re surprisingly good and not too sweet.
Everything that we tried was delicious.
Overall, we really enjoyed our dining experience at Samira. Good service and staffs are friendly and very attentive.
