Another Ibarra’s Bistro branch has recently opened at Acienda Outlet Mall in Tagaytay.
Upon entering, you may notice a high ceiling, very bright and clean interior. It is a good place where you can bring your family or grandparents for a nostalgic feel.
Ibarra’s Bistro serves traditional Filipino-Spanish Cuisine with mouth-watering taste under their well-known catering services.
We got to try some signature dishes like Paella and Mixed Seafood Salpicao. They were the standouts for me. Squid rings in Paella are perfectly cooked and the burnt crispy bit on the bottom is really good. The garlic rice in Mixed Seafood Salpicao soaked up the sauce that punched some serious flavor. However, the squid was not.
I also enjoyed Pork Belly Barbecue, Beef Short Ribs Ala Pobre tho it’s quite salty but not overly so. And the Pork Bbq on a stick with Kare-kare rice which I didn’t expect to go well with, but it was way too good.
Crispy Pata is no doubt will be one of your favorites too. The only downside for me was the Beef in Kare-kare. It is not as tender as I want it to be, but overall I like it.
For dessert, don’t miss out on the superb Blueberry Cheesecake. Not too sweet, perfectly moist slice and each bite melt in your mouth. The drinks menu offers a variety of beverages. I got a very refreshing Mango and Yogurt Milkshake and will definitely come back for that 😁
If you happen to visit or after you do your outlet shopping, stop at Ibarra’s and enjoy Fil-Span cuisine.
