Well, Yes!, This is a major issue for us women that go unnoticed.

Self-doubt is the highest level of self-sabotage.
I’ve experienced a traumatic event at some point in my life and it was so terrible that I became afraid of failing in other things.

But I got empowered at 𝗣𝗼𝗻𝗱’𝘀 𝗪𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗸 forum, I’ve learned to let go and accept those insights.
